What do we do?

Above all we occupy with small and medium mass production for the needs of model making. Thanks to the usage of digital technologies and machine cutting we get precision and repeatment by medium and small orders and keep competitive prices.

		The material?

For the production we use brass, aluminium, wood, plastic. We do not produce steel elements, because our machine park is not fitted for it.

		What are our possibilities?

Turned elements from brass and aluminium:
Minimal diameter of the turned element is 0.4mm.
Maximal diameter of the turned element is 23mm.

Flat milled elements from a brass sheet of metal:
The maximal size of the milled surface is 60x 600 mm.
The milled metal sheet thickness is 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm.

Flat milled elements from wood and plastic:
Standard size of the milled surface is 550x 600mm.
In exceptional situations and by large orders the maximal size of the milled surface is 1030x 600mm.

Turned elements from wood:
We are in the course of our machine park extention and add next number lathes for wood machining. Thanks to it from September 2006 we will be able to mill wood elements with the maximal diameter 32mm.

		What else?

We produce working mechanisms and components for exhibited and working models. The produced elements oftan combine different technologies: turning, milling, photoeched or casted parts.

We want to cooperate continuously with firms all over the world. We can solve many problems concerning production of untipical and "difficult" elements. This cooperation can bring mutual profits and last many years.
